Substitute Playground/Lunchroom Supervisor

About the role

Start Date: September 2026. Closing Date: Candidates will be reviewed upon submission with selection starting no sooner than five days following the posting. The position will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found.

Pay

$19.00 per hour (Non Affiliated Rates of Pay)

Schedule

ON CALL WHEN NEEDED - 2.25 Hours/Day, 10:30-12:45 p.m.

Responsibilities

Playground and Lunchroom Substitute Assistant performs support monitoring student behavior as part of a team, assisting with maintaining a safe and clean playground area and cafeteria, maintaining a calm environment, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed outside and inside unless raining or below zero temps. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Principal. The substitute supervisor will be called on days when regular Recess/Cafeteria Supervisors are absent. Student Level: Elementary.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
