Duties

• Follow established procedures
• Deliver planned lessons to adult learners

Essential Skills

• Works well with flexible schedule and reliable attendance
• Establishes a culture for learning by supporting the mission, beliefs and the strategic plan of the district
• Inspires and engages all students in relevant learning
• Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff, and families

Requirements

• Current short call substitute license or standard teaching license for the State of Minnesota
• Previous experience teaching within an adult basic education program, and working with diverse students and families, preferred
