MTC is proud to operate the Centennial Job Corps Center in Nampa, ID. Our staff provides quality services to local youth and values dedicated professionals who improve lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
• Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
• Cookordination with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/or instruction.
• Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe training environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of job-related experience working with youth.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
