Instructional Assistant Substitutes provide flexibility to work around your own schedule.
Pay
$19.61 per hour.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, and
- Meet one of the following:
- Have completed at least two (2) years of postsecondary study;
- Possess an associate’s degree or higher;
- Meet a rigorous standard of quality as demonstrated through a State or local assessment; or
- Hold a “ParaEducator Credential of Competency” as issued by PDE.
Qualifications
- Experience working in an educational setting (preferred).
- All candidates must submit four clearances prior to employment:
- Criminal Background Check (Act 34)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Criminal History Record (FBI)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release (Act 168)
