About the role

Counselor Substitute position providing counseling services and guidance to students in the absence of the regular counselor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing counseling services and guidance to students.

Requirements

• Valid School Counselor Certification.
• Maintain emotional control under stress; may work prolonged or irregular hours.
• Ability to perform prolonged sitting; frequent standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting.
• Frequent walking.
• Occasional light lifting and carrying (15‑45 pounds).
• Work inside, may work outside.
• Use of personal computer and peripherals; standard instructional equipment.

Pay

Paid the minimum of the daily rate of the position.
