Requirements / Qualifications

  • Any combination equivalent to: graduation from High school and two years of increasingly responsible administrative experience.
  • Passing a Stanislaus County Office of Education Administrative Assistant Exam.
  • SCOE Classified EdJoin Application.
  • CLERICAL TESTING: Substitute Clerical requires a SCOE Administrative II Exam Certificate. If you have a SCOE Administrative Assistant I, II, III, IV or Executive Assistant Certificate, please attach a copy to your application. If you do not have a certificate, you may receive an invitation to test. Only Qualified applicants will receive an email invitation to attend a Test.

Comments and Other Information

  • The following are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant(s) prior to employment: Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance.
  • Must be at least be 18 years of age.
