Substitute - Classroom Teacher

Requirements

• Must be fingerprinted through the State Board of Education ($50.00)
• New substitutes teachers must complete 8 hour ONLINE training ($34.00)
• Previous substitutes or certified teachers must complete 3 hour ONLINE training ($19.00)

Pay

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or Associate's Degree - $90.00 for a full day and $45.00 for a half day
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree or Teacher Certification - $100.00 for a full day and $50.00 for a half day
• Child Nutrition, Custodial Maintenance and Transportation Substitutes - $13.50 hourly, must have a High School Diploma or equivalent

Documentation Needed

• Driver's License
• Social Security Card
• Proof of education (GED/High School Diploma or college transcript)
• Direct deposit information such as a voided check or approved deposit letter from your bank

Pay Schedule

Beeville ISD pay days are on the 15th and 30th of every month.
