Responsibilities
Aid in hands-on activities tailored to meet the developmental needs and interests of the children.
Maintain open and regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their child's progress and milestones.
Ensure the classroom is safe and clean by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
- Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
- High School diploma/GED required.
- Twelve units in Child Development, including core courses in Growth & Development, Child, Family & Community, Curriculum, and Principles and Practices.
- AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Transcripts will be required at the time of interview.
- 12 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons', and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training.

Pay
The hourly compensation for this role is between $22.00 - $26.85 per hour.
