We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Overview Company Summary, Job Overview, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Physical Demands and Work Environment, Benefits. Also maybe "Company Summary" could be About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map sections accordingly. We have Company Summary (overview of company) maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic heading for role description. Could use "About the role" for Job Overview. Company summary could be part of About the role? But we can include a section "Company Summary" maybe not in list but we can still use

for any heading; they gave examples but not exclusive. Probably we should include headings: About the role (Job Overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Physical Demands and Work Environment, Benefits. Also maybe "Company Summary" as About the company? Not required but could be included as a section. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can include Company Summary as a section with heading maybe "About the Company". But they didn't list that as example but it's okay. However they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests we should stick to those headings. So we should map content to those headings. Let's see: - About the role: could contain Job Overview and maybe Company Summary? But better to put Job Overview under About the role. Company Summary could be omitted or included as part of About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can have About the role heading with job overview text. - Responsibilities: we have responsibilities list. - Qualifications: we have Minimum and Preferred qualifications. - Skills: not explicitly listed; we could omit. - Benefits: we have benefits list. - Pay, Schedule: not present, so omit. - Physical Demands and Work Environment: not in the example list but we have that section; we could include as a separate heading maybe "Physical Demands and Work Environment". Since they said e.g., not exclusive, we can include. Thus output:

This role supports the construction of new Substations as well as modifications, and upgrades of existing Substations for Electrical Utility Companies.

But note we have duplicated "preforms" vs "performs". The original says "maintains and preforms repairs". We should preserve exactly as given: "maintains and preforms repairs".
