Substation Project Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design for complex substation projects.
• Perform engineering analyses, studies, and conceptual designs.
• Provide technical direction, coaching, and knowledge transfer to team members.
• Review contract specifications, bids, and technical deliverables.
• Support project execution, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Interpret and apply industry codes, standards, and practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8 years of cumulative experience in electrical engineering and design.

Preferred Experience

• With large-scale substation projects.
• Substation engineering experience.
• Project management skills.
