We specialize in substation, transmission, distribution, and distributed energy resources, providing comprehensive consulting, engineering, design, program management, construction management, and EPC services.
Responsibilities
- Develop construction and maintenance work packages, including scope, labor estimates, durations, materials, tools, and safety requirements
- Review equipment history and identify special job needs or opportunities to combine work for efficiency
- Coordinate with Construction, Project Management, Grid Operations, and other internal groups
- Maintain work progress, document variances between planned and actual hours, and identify improvement opportunities
- Support clearance coordination, emergency planning, and re-sequencing of work as needed
- Avoid inaccuracies in required documentation, including NERC-related records
- Participate in planning, scoping, and pre-construction meetings; perform job site walk-downs as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of substation construction experience
- Knowledge of ITOA processes
- Switching and tagging qualified (or ability to obtain)
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Combination of office-based planning and field-based site visits
- Travel required to project and work locations
- May be required to support emergency or urgent work outside of normal business hours

Pay
The pay range for this role is $35-41/hour. The disclosed range is an estimate and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
