About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions across various projects. Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, including stakeholder engagement and coordination.
  • Develop and implement sustainable infrastructure solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards throughout project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into project designs.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with sustainable design and construction methodologies.
  • Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule
