About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives, and manage client expectations.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to the team.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams and external clients.
- Develop and maintain strong technical expertise in relevant engineering fields.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in engineering management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
