About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives, and manage client expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to the team.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams and external clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical expertise in relevant engineering fields.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in engineering management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Qualifications

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
    • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
    • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
