Substation Working Foreman/Superintendent to lead high-voltage electrical construction for commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safe, high-quality installation of substation systems. Key Duties Supervise and coordinate field crews to deliver substation construction work.Plan, organize, and oversee daily field activities and job progress.Ensure proper installation of substation equipment, foundations, grounding, and control wiring.Enforce strict safety practices and compliance on-site.Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide execution.Troubleshoot jobsite issues and support problem resolution.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align scope and quality requirements. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of high-voltage substation construction and related electrical systems.Proven leadership experience supervising crews in the field.Ability to read and interpret electrical/engineering drawings.Solid troubleshooting skills for electrical construction challenges.Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and team-focused collaboration.
