Construction Foreman - Substation

Responsibilities

• Lead high-voltage electrical construction for commercial and industrial projects.
• Supervise field crews, plan and coordinate daily work activities.
• Ensure the safe and high-quality installation of substation equipment, foundations, grounding, and control wiring.
• Enforce safety standards and interpret blueprints.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with project managers and engineers.
