Substance Use Disorder Therapist- Adult Inpatient Residential- Fairbanks- North

About the role

At Community Fairbanks Recovery Center, we offer the full range of scientifically supported treatments from individual one-to-one counseling to long-term residential programs, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), a supportive living program, recovery management, and family support.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care through bio-psychosocial assessment, treatment plan development, conjoint/family therapy sessions focusing on safety and discharge planning;
• Case management, collateral consultation and comprehensive referral services.

Qualifications

• License eligible for the LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC in the State of Indiana required.
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field required.
• 2 + years of experience providing mental health treatment required.
