Substance Use Disorder Specialist / CADC or LCAS-A
Your Role in Our Mission
You will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, IOP coverage, and therapeutic services to adults and children with substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy, collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources, and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals.
You also ensure accurate documentation, support crisis intervention, and promote a safe, therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.

Skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic practices, group facilitation techniques, as well as problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis.
- Licensure/Certification: CADC required | Provisional Licensure preferred: LCAS-A
- 2 years of experience in Substance Use services
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
- Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
