Substance Abuse Counselor with LCAS-A or CADC

New Season Treatment Centers is hiring a Substance Use Counselor to support patients in outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder (OUD). Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling
• Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain clinical records
• Support patients through recovery and relapse prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

You must meet ONE of the following:

• High School Diploma (or higher) + active LCAS-A
• Master’s degree + active LCAS and/or LCSW-A

Also required:

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for helping individuals in recovery
• Experience in substance use or behavioral health preferred

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field with full LCAS and/or LCSW-A license.
