About the role

The Counselor plays a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to inpatient and outpatient populations, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Providing evaluation, counseling, and therapeutic services
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams
• Advocating for patients and families
• Maintaining open communication with referral sources
• Supporting post-treatment planning

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, or a high school diploma with plans to pursue relevant certifications
• Certifications such as LPC, LSW, LCSW, or related licenses within two years are preferred
