Responsibilities

• Developing and monitoring personalized treatment plans
• Conducting assessments, referrals, and documentation according to regulations
• Coordinating care with community providers
• Educating clients and families
• Serving as a positive role model to promote engagement and recovery
• Attending supervision, staff meetings, and training
• Performing other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Services or related field (bachelor's preferred)
• Valid credential (SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC)
• Knowledge of substance use treatment principles
