Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients
- Conduct assessments, screenings, referrals, and treatment planning
- Offer case management and coordinate community support services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support clients in achieving recovery and stability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associates degree in human services or related field required; bachelor's preferred
- Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles
- Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
