About the role
Seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, screenings, and treatment planning. Responsibilities include case management, coordinating community support services, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to support clients' recovery and stability.
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associate’s degree in a human services or related field; bachelor’s preferred
- Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with justice-involved populations
