Substance Use Disorder Counselor

About the role

Provide individual and group counseling services, conduct assessments, screenings, and treatment planning. Responsibilities include case management, coordinating community support, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to support clients' recovery and stability.

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
• Associate’s degree in a human services or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
• Knowledge of addiction, recovery, and case management principles
• Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
