Substance Use Counselor

About the role

Provide individual and group counseling, assessments, referrals, and treatment planning for adults in a new residential program. Perform case management, coordinate community support services, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
• Associate’s degree in a related field; bachelor’s preferred
• Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles
• Experience working with justice-involved populations is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
