Responsibilities

• Provide Care Build trusting relationships by providing individual and group counseling for people recovering from drug use and alcohol disorders.
• Welcome new and returning patients by guiding them through the intake and orientation process.
• Connect patients with community resources and help them access the support they need.
• Follow up on referrals and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Foster an inclusive environment where every patient is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements.
• Manage Documentation Develop, update, and maintain individualized treatment plans and accurate patient records
• Collect and assess information about each patient's social, educational, economic, and vocational needs to provide care.
• Respond to crisis situations with compassion while completing required documentation.
