Role Overview
Seeking a Licensed Clinician to supervise Substance Abuse Counselors and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outpatient care for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient intake, discharge, and transfer paperwork
- Document progress through counseling and develop personalized treatment plans
- Address clinical needs and conduct individual, group, and family counseling
- Ensure at least 20 hours of direct patient contact weekly
- Educate patients on treatment and recovery steps
- Obtain urine drug screens
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree and state-specific licensure (e.g., LMHC)
- Experience in substance abuse treatment preferred
- Strong counseling, documentation, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to patient well-being and confidentiality
