Role Overview

Seeking a Licensed Clinician to supervise Substance Abuse Counselors and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outpatient care for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee patient intake, discharge, and transfer paperwork
  • Document progress through counseling and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Address clinical needs and conduct individual, group, and family counseling
  • Ensure at least 20 hours of direct patient contact weekly
  • Educate patients on treatment and recovery steps
  • Obtain urine drug screens
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's degree and state-specific licensure (e.g., LMHC)
  • Experience in substance abuse treatment preferred
  • Strong counseling, documentation, and clinical assessment skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to patient well-being and confidentiality
