About the role
Provide substance use counseling to clients in the substance use program level 1 and level 2.
Document progress notes on all groups in electronic health record.
Implement evidenced-based modalities to assist clients in their recovery.
Complete treatment plans, and other documentation according to agency standards.
Admit clients using NJSAMS.
Collect weekly UDS.
