About the role

Mental Health Pros./ SMARTS Recovery by VABODE has been helping individuals and families throughout the state of Virginia for 32 years. In partnership with our non-profit organization, Christian Soldiers Charities and Missions, we strive to help those affected the most by poverty, homelessness, domestic violence, and emotional and behavioral needs. Our team of therapeutic providers have a proven track record of successful client outcomes, and we are able to help families and individuals find the healing, support, and success they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating two groups to clients with substance use issues
• Leading SAIOP group for a total of 3 hours, Monday through Friday
• No weekend work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a qualified Human Services Field
• One year of addiction counseling experience
• Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), Certified Substance Abuse Supervisee (CSAC-S), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMHP)

Qualifications

• No CSAC-trainee

Pay

$20,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9-5 pm
