Subsidized Employment Program (SEP) - Employment Retention Specialist
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we can adapt headings to match content but must be from that list? The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings, but not required to exactly match; we should use appropriate headings from that list. Probably we should map content to those headings: About the role (maybe WHO WE ARE + mission?), Responsibilities (OBJECTIVES/ACTIVITIES), Requirements (EQUIVALENT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE), Qualifications (maybe similar), Skills (SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED), Benefits (benefits package), Pay (USD $30.00/Hr), Schedule (maybe full-time). Also we have PROGRAM AND LOCATION could be part of About the role.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details from each section.
We'll create sections:
About the role
containing WHO WE ARE, OUR MISSION, PROGRAM AND LOCATION (maybe summarised). Use
About the role
containing WHO WE ARE, OUR MISSION, PROGRAM AND LOCATION (maybe summarised). Usefor prose.
Responsibilities
containing POSITION SUMMARY and OBJECTIVES/ACTIVITIES (list). Use- for list.
Requirements
containing EQUIVALENT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (maybe as list). Use- .

For prose,
. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading; we aren't. We need to not include Job ID etc. Let's craft. Potential sections: About the role: combine WHO WE ARE, OUR MISSION, PROGRAM AND LOCATION (maybe separate paragraphs). Responsibilities: POSITION SUMMARY + OBJECTIVES/ACTIVITIES (list). Could split but okay. Requirements: EQUIVALENT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (list). Skills: SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED (list). Benefits: benefits package description from PROGRAM AND LOCATION. Pay: pay line. Schedule: full-time note. Physical requirements maybe could be part of Requirements or separate? Not in list of headings but we could include as Requirements? But we have no heading for Physical Requirements; we could incorporate into Requirements or Skills? Better to add a section maybe "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed headings list; but instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It might be okay to add other headings but better to stick to those. Physical requirements could be placed under Requirements or maybe under Skills? It's more like a requirement. We'll include under Requirements as a bullet. Thus Requirements section will include education/experience plus physical requirements. Let's craft. HTML:
