Subscription Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations for subscription programs.
  • Validate customer and quote information with Customer Master and dealers.
  • Partner with Credit, Finance, Warehouse Operations, and other internal teams to resolve billing, fulfillment, shipment, and subscription issues.
  • Support subscription administration, including DocuSign routing, licensing, GST token requests, and related operational tasks.
  • Respond to dealer and internal inquiries regarding order status, fulfillment, shipments, and subscription support.
  • Track open issues through resolution and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Aid with reporting and initiatives that support subscription program growth.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, order management, program coordination, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
