Subscription Lifecycle Coordinator
About the Role
As the Subscription Lifecycle Coordinator (SLC), you will strengthen relationships and increase revenue within C1’s existing customer base. This role requires a strategic, solution-based approach to selling subscriptions and managing processes. You’ll be a creative, high-energy individual with a strong knowledge of technology and a proven ability to execute sales objectives and goals. The ideal candidate will have superb communication and listening skills, along with prior experience in subscriptions. Our goal is to build a sharp, determined SLC team focused on winning while maintaining integrity and prioritizing our customers’ needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Manager, Sales Support, Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Solution Architects to determine strategic sales approaches for all subscriptions.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to information requests, troubleshooting account issues, or resolving order management issues related to subscriptions.
- Actively participate in opportunity identification, quoting, and preparing subscription packages using C1’s booking policies and procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Complete customer order management, including working within the CRM system, preparing customer orders for placement, and coordinating with AE, Procurement, Project Management, and the customer throughout the sales cycle and delivery process.
- Maximize subscription profitability by leveraging OEM programs and promotions.
- Use manufacturer tools to secure and maintain deal registration and/or special pricing.
- Send Sales Orders (SO) and other customer-facing documents to Account Executives for review.
- Ensure order accuracy and alignment with C1’s best practices, including margin percentages, discounts, and integrity using C1’s booking policy.
- Stay informed on industry changes, participate in relevant organizations, and continually improve sales knowledge.
- Keep current on company policies, procedures, and objectives, and be prepared to discuss them accurately with customers.
- Operate during end-of-month, end-of-quarter, and end-of-year periods for C1’s strategic manufacturers to ensure prompt order processing.
- Backup and assist other SLC team members during high-volume order periods or PTO coverage.
- Attend internal and external training classes to maintain and grow technical expertise on products, solutions, and order processes.
- Work with the Director on task forces and internal projects as requested.
- Identify and propose process improvements to your manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related subject.
- 1–3 years of sales or business experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, challenging environment.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and operates with urgency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to absorb technical information and execute effectively.
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
- Knowledge of subscription dashboards and functions.
- Proficient in third-party manufacturer tools, business processes, and sales engagement models.

Pay
Base pay range: $60,000 – $75,000. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are available in addition to base pay.
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment is essential.
