Key Responsibilities

• Cook up project plans and guarantee milestones are hit on time and within budget.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and report on project status.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to outline project goals and measure success.
• Employ Azure DevOps (ADO) to oversee and keep an eye on project outcomes.
• Create project documentation and organize Agile ceremonies (like Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
• Handle project risks and come up with solutions to keep things moving.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in the financial sector, especially banking or credit unions.
• Expertise with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable project management tools.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, particularly Jack Henry Bano platform.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
