Submarine Project Specialist

About the role

Sonalysts, Inc. is an employee-owned company that provides services to the Department of Defense and other clients. We are seeking former active-duty submarine officers who can bring their specialized knowledge and skills to our diverse range of projects.

Responsibilities

• Support various projects and key systems across the company
• Work on challenging problems for the military
• Participate in innovative projects and develop new business
• Lead or support existing projects

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen, eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance
• Former active duty commissioned naval officer qualified in submarines
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
• Strong credentials in submarine sonar, fire control, imaging, and/or electronic warfare
• Experience in a training command or responsibility for tactical training
• Recent active duty or related industry experience
• Deployed experience as Officer of the Deck
• Possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance

Qualifications

• Sound financial management (including good credit)
• Free of criminal records
• Limited foreign contacts or ties

Pay

$115,000 - $170,000, dependent on experience, qualifications, and other relevant business criteria.
