This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for elite designers with strong creative ability, excellent technical skills, and real-world experience in sublimation apparel, print production, and branded marketing materials. Our Company Has Been In The Commercial Printing Industry For Over 22 Years And Has Grown Into a Full-service Print And Apparel Operation, Including Sign production Vehicle wraps Screen printing Dye sublimation manufacturing Cut-and-sew sublimated apparel Commercial print and marketing materials We are an international, multi-million-dollar operation producing high-quality printed products and premium sublimated apparel for clients around the world. Due to major growth in our Dye Sublimation Cut & Sew Division, we are expanding our team and looking for the best of the best. Who We’re Looking For We need experienced, multi-talented graphic designers who can handle more than basic t-shirt artwork. You must be a true creative professional who can confidently move between sublimated apparel, business cards, banners, flyers, brochures, signs, wraps, and other print assets without missing a beat. You should be fast, accurate, highly creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-output production environment. Required Skills & Experience Applicants must have: Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills Strong Photoshop and InDesign skills Professional experience designing sublimated apparel Experience creating custom t-shirts, signs, car wraps, business cards, brochures, flyers, banners, and other print materials Knowledge of production-ready artwork setup Experience with sublimation apparel layout, grading, and production design The ability to produce clean, creative, accurate work under tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills The ability to collaborate with creative and production teams Position Details This is a full-time, long-term position. We are not looking for temporary help or someone to simply fill a seat. We are looking for talented professionals who want to take on a challenge and grow with our company. Full-time position 40 hours per week Monday through Friday Remote position Permanent, long-term opportunity Fast-paced, high-volume workflow Paid Vacation during Christmas Break We are growing quickly and already have a strong workload in place, so the right candidates must be ready to jump in and contribute immediately. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Designing sublimated shirts and apparel graphics Creating print-ready artwork for various products Developing branded marketing materials Working closely with our creative and production teams Taking projects from concept to final production files Maintaining high standards for creativity, accuracy, and speed Staying current with design trends, production requirements, and industry tools Minimum Requirements Do not apply unless you meet the following requirements: Minimum 5 Years Of Professional Graphic Design Experience Strong experience with sublimation apparel design Portfolio must include at least 10 examples of sublimation design work Must include a resume Must include a portfolio link Must include a short video of yourself speaking English If you are an experienced designer who thrives under deadlines, takes pride in producing exceptional work, and wants to be part of a fast-growing print and apparel company, we want to hear from you.
