About the AI for Financial Planning & Analysis course

Finance professionals face increasing pressures due to shrinking teams, accelerated reporting cycles, and the expectation for strategic insights from smaller groups. AI is revolutionizing financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and scenario modeling, yet most finance professionals lack training to use these tools safely within corporate environments. This 5-week program equips learners with the knowledge to leverage AI, automation, and modern analytics tools to enhance core finance workflows, including variance analysis, financial reporting, budget forecasting, and executive summaries. Learners apply AI to their actual work from Week 1, starting with a Corporate AI Policy Navigator that ensures compliance and audit readiness. By the end, learners will have automated reporting workflows, AI-assisted forecasting models, and the confidence to implement AI across their finance functions without needing to code.

Qualifications for SMEs

• At least 7 years of FP&A experience, with at least 2 years of experience using AI for reporting, analysis, forecasting, or modeling.
• A background in private industry, government, or consulting.
• A clear understanding of how established and emerging AI tools can benefit finance professionals and the ability to explain these concepts to beginners.
• A genuine passion for learning and helping others grow, particularly in supporting career advancement and skill-building.
• An exceptional ability to communicate effectively and engage with learners from diverse professional backgrounds.
• A strong point of view on the essential skills and knowledge needed for newcomers to the field, along with the capability to simplify complex concepts.
• The ability to be genuine and engaging in video recordings.
