About the role

R&K Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ADHCA journeyman position within the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The role supports the Business Operations within the Assistant Director for Health Care Administration (ADHCA), providing comprehensive business support to the Director for Healthcare Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management.
• Develop and improve business processes.
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
• Apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
• Handle multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the DoD and Defense Health Agency.
• 3-5 years' experience in strategic planning.
• Possess and apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
• Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively.
