Subject Matter Expert (ISO)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (ISO) to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This remote role will serve as a trusted authority on ISO standards, guiding compliance efforts and driving process improvements across a complex mission-focused environment. The position will partner with leadership to strengthen documentation, resolve quality issues, and ensure standards are applied consistently. It also calls for Lean Six Sigma expertise to help improve operational effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on ISO requirements and practices
• Develop, review, and maintain documentation for international standards
• Analyze and resolve complex quality problems
• Advise leadership on standards compliance and improvement
• Leverage ISO and Lean Six Sigma expertise to enhance processes

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field or 16+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of specific experience in ISO standards
• ISO and Lean Six Sigma certification required
• Active Secret clearance required
• Must pass background and drug screening

Pay

$180,000 – $229,000 annually
