About the role

As a Subject Matter Expert in Business Analysis and Facilitation, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives within the organization. Your responsibilities will involve conducting thorough analysis, developing solutions, and facilitating discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and present clear, actionable recommendations to senior management
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and align on project goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor the success of new initiatives
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and facilitation
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead productive team discussions
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
