About the Role

We are hiring experienced residential exterior painting teams for high-volume work in Eastern Iowa. If you have a solid team and want consistent work, fast payments, and good support, we have more work than we can handle.

Requirements

• Established team (minimum 2–6 painters)
• Experience in residential exterior painting
• Must have: EIN (business number)
• Liability insurance ($1M–$2M)
• Own transportation and equipment: ladders, paint sprayer, basic tools
• Must be able to work quickly with good quality

Expectations

• Follow the scope of work and established timelines
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism on site
• Deliver consistent, high-quality work
• Good communication with the Project Manager
• Meet production timelines
