Subcontractor Fence Installer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled fence installer to join our team, constructing and installing various types of fences for residential and commercial properties. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark fence lines according to specifications
• Dig post holes using power tools and equipment (Dingo available to rent from us)
• Set posts and concrete or other materials for stability
• Install fence panels, gates, and other components
• Cut and shape materials to fit specific dimensions
• Secure fences with nails, screws, or other fasteners
• Repair or replace damaged fences as needed
• Ensure fences are level and properly aligned
• Clean up work area and dispose of debris

Requirements

• Proven experience as a fence installer or similar role
• Ability to follow instructions
• Proficient in using power tools and equipment
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Pay

Competitive pay based on experience.
