Subcontract Technical Representative 4/5
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can also use other headings if they match content? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It seems they expect those specific headings, but we can adapt to content: we have company profile, position location, position summary, essential duties/responsibilities, minimum qualifications, education and experience required, business associations, impact, working conditions and physical requirements, safety/security/quality. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine some.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details but maybe group them.
We could have sections: About the role (combining company profile, position location, position summary). Responsibilities (essential duties/responsibilities). Requirements (minimum qualifications + education and experience required). Qualifications (maybe business associations? Actually business associations and impact maybe part of qualifications? Could be separate but we can combine). Skills maybe not explicit. Benefits, Pay, Schedule not present, so we should NOT include those sections.
We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does not mention pay, benefits, schedule. So we omit those.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we should list each duty as
- . For requirements we can list each qualification as
- . For skills maybe not.
We need to use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No job title given in text, but we can ignore.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — none present.
We must remove duplicated lines: there is a duplicated line "Duties may include, but are not limited to:" appears twice? Actually in Essential Duties/Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to): Duties may include, but are not limited to: then list. We'll keep only one.
We need to preserve all substantive information: company profile, position location, position summary, essential duties/responsibilities, minimum qualifications, education and experience required, business associations, impact, working conditions and physical requirements, safety/security/quality.
We'll need to format.
Let's craft sections:
