About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr - L6 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This remote leadership role will oversee subcontract program management for a highly strategic defense initiative. The selected candidate will translate country-level strategy into local industrial participation plans, ensuring subcontracting activity supports program obligations and long-term mission objectives. This position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to strengthen local content, build durable partnerships, and deliver execution against complex international requirements.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead program management activities for country-level IAMD initiatives
- Transform country strategy into local industrial participation plans
- Create and manage subcontracting plans to fulfill program obligations
- Ensure local content aligns with the IAMD vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build long-term strategic partnerships with KSA
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of program management experience in Aerospace & Defense
- Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional initiatives
- Proven negotiation and supplier performance management expertise
- Experience in developing local suppliers for production integration
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in KSA for extended periods

Pay
$198,400 – $368,400 annually
