THE WORK
As a Subcontract Administrator for the Vertical Launching System (VLS) sourcing team, you will manage major supplier production efforts to support critical domestic and international programs. In this role, you will coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of procurement strategies and supplier performance.

  • Execute subcontract administration, procurement, and purchasing activities to support VLS program goals
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize cost and schedule
  • Apply working knowledge of standard contract types to manage supplier agreements effectively
  • Utilize experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Cook onsite activities at the Moorestown, NJ facility and conduct travel as required to support supplier engagements
