Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in government contracting, aerospace/defense, or procurement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
- Working knowledge of FAR Parts 12, 15, 16, 31, 44, and 48; DFARS clauses
- Experience with cost-reimbursement, fixed-price, and time-and-materials contract types
- Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools — SAP, Costpoint (Deltek), NetSuite, or Oracle (a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills across pricing, terms and conditions, and change orders
- Ability to manage dozens of active subcontracts and track deliverables, funding, and compliance deadlines
- Clear communication skills — comfortable with suppliers, program managers, engineers, and government customers alike
Skills
- NCMA certification (CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM) is a bonus
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or PMP is a bonus
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience is a bonus
- Advanced Excel and proposal evaluation skills are a bonus
Pay
Salary range: $80,000 to $116,000
