About the role
The Subcontract Administrator – Advanced Programs will be responsible for managing subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and facilitating communication between the company and its subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain subcontract agreements, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
- Ensure all subcontractors comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the company and subcontractors regarding project progress, issues, and changes.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Resolve disputes and negotiate settlements with subcontractors as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations applicable to subcontracting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Qualifications
- Experience with subcontract management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and best practices.
