Responsibilities
- Oversight of service orders and flow in the Drive Lane.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service delivery to customers.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by assisting with additional assignments.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, both by phone and in person.
- Manage technicians' time to ensure consistent service to customers.
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain high Customer Happiness scores.
- Diagnose vehicle problems, order necessary parts and tools.
- Administer warranty claims and train the service department.
- Enforce company policies and adhere to standards.
- Foster a positive customer experience and encourage compliance with laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership (Subaru preferred).
- Organized and friendly personality.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Consistent record of service and sales success.
- Positive track record of customer satisfaction.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
