Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the dealership’s Subaru Trade-Up Advantage program
- Identify and engage current Subaru owners to present trade-up opportunities
- Proactively contact customers via phone, text, and email to generate appointments
- Analyze customer equity positions and ownership cycles to create upgrade opportunities
- Coincide with sales managers to structure competitive trade-in offers
- Work closely with the service department to identify service lane opportunities
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all customer interactions
- Set, track, and achieve monthly performance goals and KPIs
- Aid in training and mentoring team members on trade-up strategies
- Drive both new vehicle sales and used inventory acquisition
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred (Subaru experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and close deals
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Experience with CRM systems and follow-up processes
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in equity mining, BDC, or vehicle acquisition roles
- Leadership or team management experience
- Familiarity with dealership sales processes and inventory management
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $18.75/hour
