Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase occupancy rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or high-end settings.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and their application in hotel operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Driver’s License.
• Passport or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Fluency in English.

Pay
