Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or high-end settings.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles and their application in hotel operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Driver’s License.
- Passport or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- Fluency in English.
