Job Summary

As a stylist, you are a true gorjana ambassador! Wearing, layering, and styling looks for our customers. You demonstrate a genuine passion for creating an elevated customer experience in our retail stores.

About the role

Your Day to Day Includes:

• Customer Service: Proactively interact with guests in a warm and welcoming manner to enhance their shopping experience. Share your passion for gorjana with customers and ensure they leave fully satisfied.
• Styling: Wear your gorjana jewelry to work each day, creatively layering stacks to inspire guests and demonstrating gStyle standards. Develop expertise in our collections and product offerings to guide guests through styling decisions.
• Sales: Leverage deep product knowledge and elevated, intentional language to drive meaningful connections and results. Convert underpinned by authenticity, turning every footstep into an opportunity to create a lasting experience for the customer, and win as a team.
• Collaboration: Contribute to our people-first approach by being positive, helpful, and respectful to others. Participate in and encourage team-selling on the sales floor.
• Operations: Comfortable leveraging technology (POS) to support daily store operations. Maintain floor standards, restock items, and assist with fulfilling BOPIS and SHIPSI orders. Handle weekly cycle counts, floorset directives, and cash deposits.

Job Requirements

• Love for the gorjana brand
• Meet minimum work age requirement
• Have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed by the business
• Able to lift or move at least 50 lbs
• Able to bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Able to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Able to open or close the store
