Stylist

About the role

As a part time Windsor stylist, you are the face of our brand to our fashion loving customers. You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day in your store. You will get to showcase your incredible style and passion for fashion through styling our customers head to toe while creating a positive environment for all. You are not just selling clothes, you are creating memories.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences
• Style customers from head to toe, including accessories and footwear
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Participate in team meetings to discuss trends and customer feedback
• Help manage inventory and assist with other store tasks as needed

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and a strong eye for style
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or styling preferred
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using Microsoft Office)
